The rules and conditions for using Clash Intel.

By adding the Clash Intel Discord bot to your server, or by interacting with it in any way (running commands, receiving alerts, or linking accounts), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop interacting with it.
Clash Intel is a free Discord bot that tracks Legend League players in the mobile game Clash of Clans. The bot uses the public Clash of Clans API to fetch battle data and delivers real-time alerts to Discord servers and direct messages.
The service is provided free of charge, with no paid tiers, advertisements, or premium features. We do not anticipate this changing.
You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use Clash Intel. You must be old enough to use Discord in your jurisdiction (typically 13+, or older where required by law).
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to block any user, server, or player tag that abuses the service.
Clash of Clans player data — including player tags, in-game names, trophy counts, town hall levels, and battle history — is publicly accessible through Supercell's official API. Clash Intel only stores and displays data that is already public.
If you have linked your Discord account to a Clash of Clans player tag using /link, that association is visible to anyone who runs /whois or /links. By using /link, you consent to this visibility.
You can remove your data from Clash Intel at any time:

Clash Intel runs on a single self-hosted server. While we strive for high uptime, we make no guarantees about availability. Outages may occur due to:
The Clash of Clans API is highly reliable but not perfectly precise. False alerts can occur in extremely rare cases, and we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of every battle notification.

"Clash of Clans" and all related game assets, trademarks, and content are property of Supercell Oy. Clash Intel is an unofficial third-party tool not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Supercell.
The Clash Intel name, logo, and website content are property of the developer.
Clash Intel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bot. This includes (but is not limited to) lost trophies, missed defenses, incorrect alerts, or any in-game outcomes.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
